2. DATA SOVEREIGNTY

We do not harvest, track, or transmit your localized biometric responses, session timing, or frequency selections to external servers. Your operational data remains on your hardware.

2. LICENSED ACCESS

Access is licensed for the authorized user only. Sharing, recording, or redistributing the experience is prohibited.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All structural geometries, sonic pacing algorithms, and the DJ GC77XR identity are the exclusive intellectual property of Cognitive State Systems LLC / Micro Haus.
